It is assumed and agreed that this Section 7.15(a) does not preclude Holdings from performing (x)Â management and administrative functions of the kind it exercises at the balance sheet date, (y)debt under section 7.2 or the issuance of share capital, or (z)Â the sale of all the share capital or assets of Crown Castle MM Holding LLC, as long as the consideration received corresponds to the fair market value of the share capital or assets to be sold.
