Refund policy and withdrawal period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw and request a refund of your order. Within this period, you can inform us in writing that you wish to cancel your purchase: by e-mail, by registered mail or via the contact form on the website. You are not required to state the reasons why you wish to cancel your purchase.
The right to reimbursement is only valid if you have not consumed the service for which you paid.
Applicable law
These conditions of use of the site are governed by Belgian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher’s registered office, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction resulting from a particular legal or regulatory text.

Gift voucher delivery policy
Delivery locations
The gift vouchers offered on our website can only be sent to addresses in Belgium or France. No delivery outside of France and Belgium is currently possible.
Delivery time
An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to deliver your product within 7 working days of your order date. Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for an order of gift vouchers (regardless of the number of gift vouchers contained in the order) is 3 Euros including tax.
